Dental Patient Information – Norton Shores, MI
Your New Patient Guide
We want your first experience at Laketown Family Dental to be as positive and productive as possible, and to help you feel prepared, we’ve shared everything you need to know ahead of your initial appointment below. After reading over this page, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team. We’ll be happy to share any information you need so you can feel completely at ease.
Your First Visit
Your first checkup and cleaning with us will take a little longer compared to others you’ve had in the past. Not because you’ll be stuck in our waiting room, but because we’ll take our time to closely examine your teeth, gums, jaw, bite, and existing dental work so we can get a detailed understanding of your oral health. Afterward, your dentist will go over possible treatment options, answer any questions you might have, and then one of our excellent hygienists will clean and polish your teeth.
New Patient Forms
Your time is valuable, and we want to help you save it! Our team works very efficiently, but one way you can help us (and yourself) go faster is by filling out our patient forms ahead of your visit. Just visit the link below, fill out your forms, and we’ll be able to check you in almost instantly.
Dental Insurance Welcome
If you have dental insurance, you can trust that you can use it to save on your care at Laketown Family Dental. We are able to accept most PPO policies. Our team will answer any questions you have about your coverage and will even file your claims on your behalf to make sure you get the most out of your benefits.
